Established in 1999, our restaurant is nestled in the scenic Hilton Head Island, drawing in a diverse customer base of locals and tourists. As a chef-operated business, we have seen continual sales growth over the years. Working alongside my family has been a rewarding aspect of self-ownership, enabling us to nurture our business while spending time together. In a recent move to a larger, modern location with a favorable lease arrangement, our restaurant features up-to-date fixtures and equipment. Our unique menu caters to a regional clientele and has garnered a strong following, including an affiliation with a prominent college sports program. However, due to a recent health concern, it is time for me to transition away from the business. Though faced with this change, our restaurant stands as a well-established destination on Hilton Head Island, known for its exceptional cuisine and connections to the community.
